Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

The following table summarizes the key roles currently open for applications:

Position	Required Qualification	Required Experience
Manager (Implementation & Coordination)	Master’s Degree (16 years) in Development Studies, Social Sciences, MBA/MPA, or Project Management.	10 years of verifiable experience in public/private sectors, specifically in large-scale government or donor-funded projects.
Manager (Strategy & Planning)	16 years of education in Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or Business Administration.	7 years of verifiable experience with a focus on donor-funded projects, team building, and organizational development.
Finance & Accounts Officer	16 years of education in Finance, Accounts, or professional qualifications like CA/ACCA/CIMA.	5 years of experience (with at least 2 years in the public sector). Donor project experience is preferred.
Associates (02)	16 years of education in Social Sciences, Business Management, or Commerce.	3 years of experience in public/private sectors. Preference for candidates with education sector experience.
Assistant (02)	Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounts, Social/Pure Sciences, or Business Administration.	2 years of experience in public/private sectors.
