The School of Nursing and Midwifery, Sahiwal, operating under the Health and Population Welfare Department, Government of the Punjab, has announced daily wage / contingent recruitment opportunities under the ongoing project "Upgradation of RTI to School of Nursing and Midwifery Sahiwal". Qualified and eligible candidates holding a Punjab domicile are invited to submit applications for contingent staff positions for a duration of 89 days, as per requirement.

Terms & Conditions

• Daily wages will be paid in accordance with the notification issued by the Finance Department, Government of the Punjab, and approved daily wage rates set by the Deputy Commissioner, Sahiwal. Deductions will be made in case of absence.

• The employment tenure will be for a maximum of 89 days. Candidates hired during the financial year (2026–2027) may be re-engaged for subsequent periods based on past performance.

• Only candidates possessing a valid Punjab domicile are eligible to apply, with preference given to local candidates.

• All candidates will be subject to other terms, conditions, and rules of the Government of the Punjab.

• The competent authority reserves full right to cancel the daily wage recruitment due to unavoidable reasons, which cannot be challenged in any court.

• As per government instructions, contingent staff recruited under daily wage arrangements shall have no legal right or claim to contract extension or permanent employment.

• Immediate termination without prior notice will occur in case of unauthorized absence or unsatisfactory performance.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the test/interview.

• Candidates must bring original educational and experience certificates on the interview day. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of seats.

• Interviews will be conducted on August 13, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM during office hours.

• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the interview.

2. Attach a copy of your CNIC, educational certificates, experience certificates, and two recent photographs with the application.
