1. Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years.

2. Educational Recognition: All degrees must be obtained from Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized universities or institutes.

3. Foreign Qualifications: In the case of foreign qualifications, candidates must possess an official equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.

4. Qualifications Standard: The candidate must meet qualifications in accordance with Regulation No. 22 of Companies Regulations, 2018 applicable to listed companies.
