• Educational Qualification: CA, ACCA, FCMA, Law Graduate, or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from an HEC-recognized institute/university, or any qualification required under Regulation No. 22 of Companies Regulations, 2018. Foreign degrees must have an HEC equivalence certificate.

• Experience Requirement: At least 15 to 20 years of relevant experience, with 5 to 7 years preferably at a similar managerial level in reputable organizations.

• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.

• Required Skills: Strong working knowledge of corporate laws, corporate etiquettes, secretarial compliance, and board management. Excellent planning, time management, leadership, and communication skills are required.

• Remuneration: A competitive, market-driven salary package will be offered commensurate with qualifications and experience.
