List of Vacancies

 

• Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

  • Purpose: Financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial leadership.

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).

  • Experience: 10–15 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant C-level role.

  • Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.

• Head of Information Technology (IT)

  • Purpose: Strategic IT leadership, digital transformation, managing infrastructure (ERP, IT security), and ensuring IT regulatory compliance.

  • Qualification: Master's/Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT or a related field, with relevant certifications (ITIL, COBIT, CISSP, etc.).

  • Experience: 11–15 years of progressive IT experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.

  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.

• Deputy General Manager Business Development (DGM BD)

  • Purpose: Driving business growth, managing techno-commercial activities, fostering client relationships, and new product development.

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an MBA (preferred).

  • Experience: 9–13 years of experience in techno-commercial roles within the manufacturing/engineering sector, with 3–5 years in a managerial position.
