Terms & Conditions

• Contract Duration: Positions are for one year (extendable).

• Pay & Benefits: Pay, allowances, and other benefits for the Co-Pilot post will be equivalent to those admissible for the existing post.

• Age Relaxation: General age relaxation is given as per Government rules. In the case of ex-government servants or suitable candidates, upper age limit relaxation will be considered by the Appointing Authority / Chief Minister.

• Government Employees: Candidates currently working in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through the proper channel.

• Medical Fitness: Selected candidates will be required to produce medical fitness certificates issued by a PCAA-approved medical facility.

• Security Clearance: Final selection will be subject to security clearance from the Special Branch.

• Shortlisting & Interview: Only short-listed candidates will be called for the interview process. No TA/DA will be admissible.

• Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.

• Final Decision: The decision of the Appointing Authority in all matters will be final.
