Settlement and Digitization of Land Record Merged Districts (SDLR) invites online applications from suitable candidates holding Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) domicile for project-based positions. These positions are offered on a purely fixed-pay and contractual basis in the Merged Districts. Qualified candidates, particularly retired government revenue officials with relevant experience in land settlement, are encouraged to apply through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) portal.

Terms & Conditions

• Screening Test & Scrutiny: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny of credentials will be carried out by the appointing authority, and any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.

• CNIC Verification Requirement: Applicants must create a profile on ETEA's website, print an E-Sahulat token, and verify their CNIC number through any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk before applying or depositing the test fee.

• Contract & Project Status: Appointments are purely on a contract basis until project completion as per project policy. The posts are project-specific and will stand abolished automatically upon completion of the project.

• Pay & Rules: Pay packages will be offered according to Government Project Policy. Age relaxation is admissible as per existing government rules.

• Government Employees: Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel.

• Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications along with separate test fees.

• Domicile Preference: Preference will be given to applicants holding domiciles from southern areas.

• Documents & Equivalence: Original documents and one set of attested copies must be produced at the time of the interview. Foreign degree holders must submit equivalence certificates issued by HEC.

• TA/DA & Authority Rights: No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview. The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, cancel, or reject any application.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk and submit your application online.

2. After completing the online application form, print the generated online deposit slip (containing token number, project code, and candidate details).

3. Deposit the non-refundable test fee via the Easypaisa app, Easypaisa agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank. Keep the stamped candidate copy of the deposit slip safe.

4. Do not post physical documents or testimonials to the ETEA office after applying. Testimonials will be required from test-qualified candidates during scrutiny.

5. Roll number slips indicating test date, time, and venue will be available for download from www.etea.edu.pk, and notifications will be sent via SMS. (Do not provide ported/converted mobile numbers).
