Terms & Conditions

Prospective applicants must read and strictly adhere to the following institutional terms and regulations:

• Appointment Status: Appointments will be made on a regular basis in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore.

• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be granted in accordance with existing Federal Government Rules.

• Government Employees: Candidates already in Government service must apply through the proper channel. Provincial or Federal Government employees with a minimum of 2 years of regular, continuous service are eligible for an upper age relaxation of up to 10 years, subject to a maximum age limit of 55 years.

• Quotas: Disable quota, minority quota, women quota, and Transgender quota will be strictly observed as per Federal Government Rules.

• Verification: All information provided in the application form will undergo verification. In case of any false or forged information, SPGMI reserves the right to cancel your candidature at any stage (even after employment) and initiate legal action.

• Application Rejection: Advance copies of applications, incomplete applications, and applications received before or after the due date will not be entertained.

• Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. No TA/DA will be admissible if called for the test, interview, or joining.

• Authority Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to change, cancel, or postpone the recruitment process at any stage.

2. The entire written screening process will be managed independently by Candidate Testing Services (CTS).

3. Candidates are required to pay a separate testing fee to Candidate Testing Services (CTS) for each post applied.

4. To download roll number slips, view the merit list, and check test results, candidates must visit the CTS official portal at www.cts.org.pk.

5. Do not submit applications by hand, as no physical applications will be accepted at the institute.
