The Office of the Director, Shrimp Estate Rakh Ali Wali, Muzaffargarh, has announced various job vacancies for skilled and unskilled workers on a daily wage/contingent basis under its development project for the current financial year (2026–27). These short-term positions are available for a maximum period of 89 days, offering an excellent opportunity for technical and general labor seeking temporary government project employment in Punjab.

• Un-Skilled Workers – 100 Posts

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility & Preference: Applicants must hold a Punjab domicile. Local candidates belonging to District Muzaffargarh will be given preference.

• Nature of Duties: Tentative duties at the shrimp farm include earthwork, shrimp feeding/harvesting, vehicle driving, tube well operation, lab assistance, sweeping, cooking, and related tasks.

• Employment Tenure: Hiring is purely on a daily wage/contingent basis for 89 days. The tenure may be extended based on satisfactory performance without publishing a fresh advertisement.

• Non-Regularization: Daily wage appointment confers no right to regular or contract employment and will not be regularized under any circumstances.

• Termination & Changes: Hired personnel can be dismissed at any time due to poor performance or unwanted activities. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts without assigning any reason.

• TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid to candidates appearing for the interview.
