General Eligibility and Application Criteria

To be eligible for these positions, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Manager Medical Services: Must hold an MBBS degree registered with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council, with 8–10 years of relevant experience in hospitals or corporate settings.

  • Deputy Manager Engineering Services: Requires a B.E./B.Sc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Avionics Engineering (registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council). Must have 5–7 years of experience in the maintenance of automobiles and heavy-duty static equipment. Aviation industry experience is preferred.

  • Flight Operation Officer: Requires a graduation degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Candidates must possess a valid Flight Operations Officer (FOO) license issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA).

  • Traffic Assistant: Requires a graduation degree (B.S. in Aviation Management preferred) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in ground handling or airline operations.

• Age Limits:

  • Managerial Positions: Candidates should not be over 45 years of age.

  • Flight Operation Officer: Candidates should not be over 40 years of age.

  • Traffic Assistant: Candidates should not be over 30 years of age.
