The Sindh Bureau of Statistics (SBoS), Planning & Development Department, Government of Sindh, has announced new career opportunities for field staff under the Sindh Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (SMICS) 2026–27. SMICS is an internationally recognized UNICEF-supported household survey program designed to collect evidence-based data for child and maternal health policy planning. Short-term positions are available across all 30 districts of Sindh for qualified male and female applicants. Interested candidates can submit their applications online via the SIBA Testing Services (STS) portal.

List of Vacancies & Eligibility Details

• (140 Enumerator / Measurer - Female only): Intermediate from a recognized institution with 1 year post-qualification experience in mother/child health field survey; Age 21–40 Yrs.

• (35 Enumerator - Male only): Intermediate from a recognized institution with 1 year post-qualification experience in mother/child health field survey; Age 21–40 Yrs.

Terms & Conditions

• Job Status: These positions are purely short-term/contingency-based and do not confer any right to regular or permanent employment with the Sindh Bureau of Statistics.

• Age Relaxation: General age relaxation will be observed as per Government rules and policies.

• Government Employees: Candidates currently serving in Government or Semi-Government Organizations must apply through proper channels.

• Written Test Information: Date, time, and test center for the MCQs-based written test will be communicated via SMS alert and uploaded on the STS portal. No queries will be entertained after admit slips are issued.

• Application Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1500/- must be deposited.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official SIBA Testing Services (STS) job portal at https://apply.sts.net.pk.

2. Fill out the online application form and upload scanned copies of CNIC (front and back), Domicile, PRC/Form-D, a recent photograph, academic documents, and experience certificates.

3. Download the system-generated fee challan of Rs. 1500/-.

4. Pay the fee at any Allied Bank Ltd. (ABL) branch, via the My ABL app, or through 1Bill using any internet banking app.

5. Ensure to provide an active, non-ported mobile number for receiving test SMS alerts.

6. Manual or hard-copy applications sent by post will not be accepted by STS.
