Terms & Conditions

• Domicile: Candidates must possess a valid Domicile Certificate and PRC of Sindh Province.

• Age Calculation & Relaxation: The age of applicants will be calculated as of the last date of application submission. A general upper age relaxation of 05 years will be granted in accordance with government notifications and rules.

• Quotas: Initial recruitment will be carried out according to the prescribed Sindh Government quota policy.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be individually informed regarding the test/interview date, time, and venue.

• Verification: Character verification and background checks of successful candidates will be conducted through the Police / Special Branch as per government policy.

• Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications or those missing essential details will be rejected.

• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the test/interview.

• Disqualification: Any attempt to exert political influence, recommendation, or pressure will result in immediate cancellation of candidature. The department reserves the right to cancel recruitment at any stage.
