General Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Graduation, Intermediate (at least C Grade), or Matriculation (at least C Grade) depending on the post.

• Technical Skills & Diplomas: Specialized posts require relevant certificates/diplomas (e.g., Shorthand/Typing speed of 120/35 w.p.m., MS Office certificate from SBTE/TTEB, Photography diploma/experience, or Electrician course).

• Testing Requirement: Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test (for Bachelor, Intermediate, & Matriculation categories with at least 40% marks) conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Service (STS) and possess its valid certificate.

• Age Limit: General age limit is 18 to 28 years or 21 to 28 years depending on the post, with a 5-year upper age relaxation allowed as per Sindh Civil Servants Rules.
