Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: Candidates must possess a valid Domicile and PRC of Sindh Province.

• STS Screening Test: Applicants must have passed the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) General Graduation Category Screening Test with a minimum score of 40% to be eligible for appointment to the respective posts.

• Age Relaxation: Age limit will be calculated as of the last date of application submission in accordance with Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Services (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. Additionally, a 5-year upper age relaxation is granted under Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)564/2011 (Part-II) dated 06.03.2025.

• Quota Reservation: Posts reserved for specific quotas will be filled as per the prevailing Government of Sindh policy.

• Government Employees: Candidates already in government service must obtain an NOC from their respective department before submitting an application and present the original NOC during the interview.

• Recruitment Policy: Appointments will be made in accordance with the Sindh Recruitment Policy dated 26.04.2023, the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973, and rules amended from time to time.

• Original Documents: Shortlisted candidates uploaded on the job portal must present their original educational certificates and documents before the Departmental Selection Committee during the interview.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the test or interview.
