Sindh Mass Transit Authority Jobs 2026 Karachi Mobility Project (BRT Yellow Line)

The Government of Sindh has received financing from the World Bank for the Karachi Mobility Project (BRT Yellow Line) under the Transport and Mass Transit Department (GoS). The Sindh Mass Transit Authority (SMTA) intends to apply a portion of the financing for consulting services to ensure safe, enhanced, and accessible transit corridors. Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited from qualified and experienced individuals for the following consulting position.

List of Vacancies and Eligibility Details

• (01 Director Planning and Design / Director Technical): Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Transport Planning, or a closely related discipline from an HEC-recognized university with at least 15 years of professional experience (including 5 years in technical leadership/management) and valid PEC registration.

Terms & Conditions

• The selection of individual consultants will be carried out in accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (Procurement Regulations).

• Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.

• Experience with World Bank-funded infrastructure projects will be considered an added advantage.
