04	Senior Social Behavior Change Specialist (STARR WASH)	Master’s/Bachelor’s in Social Sciences or Media; 10 years experience in social mobilization and behavior change communication.
05	Social Development Specialist	Master’s in Sociology, Social Work, or Anthropology; 7 years experience in social assessment and resettlement.
06	Social Safeguard Officer	Master’s in Social Sciences or Sociology; 5 years experience in social community mobilization and project management.
07	GRM Officer	Bachelor’s in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or Development Studies; 2-3 years experience in grievance redressal and community negotiation.
08	Contract Management Officer	Bachelor’s in Law, Business Administration, or Contract Management; 4 years experience in contract management and procurement.
