Sindh Police Department Jobs 2026 for 3146 Police Constables, Drivers & Wireless Operators

The Police Department, Government of Sindh, has officially released a recruitment notification inviting applications from eligible candidates for multiple positions, including Head Constable (Wireless Operator BPS-09), Police Constable (BPS-07), and Driver Police Constable (BPS-07). This recruitment drive is specifically conducted under the reserved quota for Shaheed, Deceased, and Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Police Employees of the Sindh Police force across various ranges and units.

Eligible applicants holding the PRC/Domicile of Sindh Province who meet the specified physical standards, educational qualifications, and quota criteria are encouraged to submit their application forms before the closing date.

List of Vacancies and Quotas

A total of 3,146 posts are available across different ranges of Sindh. Below is the range-wise breakdown of vacancies:

 

 

Post Details & Eligibility Criteria

• Head Constable (Wireless Operator - BPS-09)

  • Qualification: Intermediate from a recognized Board of Intermediate Education.

  • Age Limit: 18 to 28 years (calculated as on the last date of application submission).

  • Physical Standard (Male): Height: 5' 5" (minimum) | Chest: Minimum 33" with an expansion of 1.5".

  • Physical Standard (Female): Height: 5' Feet with Sound Health.

  • Physical Endurance Test (Male): 1600 meters running in 08 minutes.

  • Physical Endurance Test (Female): 800 meters walk in 14 minutes.

• Police Constable (BPS-07)

  • Qualification: Matriculation from a recognized Board of Secondary Education.

  • Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

  • Physical Standards & Tests: Same as Head Constable above.

• Driver Police Constable (BPS-07)

  • Qualification: Matriculation from a recognized Board of Secondary Education.

  • License Requirement: Must hold a valid Motor Car Driving License on the closing date. Candidates must obtain an LTV License within their 3-year probation period.

  • Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

  • Physical Standards: Same as above.

  • Physical Endurance Test (Male): 1600 meters running in 10 minutes.

  • Physical Endurance Test (Female): 800 meters walk in 14 minutes.

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility Restrictions: Only legal heirs of Deceased and Permanently Incapacitated Police Employees who died or became invalidated on or before 26.09.2024 having Sindh Domicile are eligible.

• Shaheed Quota Eligibility: Legal heirs of Shaheed Police Employees who attained martyrdom up to the closing date are eligible.

• Exclusions: Candidates whose father/mother died or became invalidated before 02.09.2002 are not eligible. Candidates whose parents died/invalidated on or after 16.09.2014 must apply within two years of the incident.

• Testing Process: Candidates must clear Physical, Written, and Driving tests (for Driver Constable), followed by an Interview. Only physical-qualified candidates will sit for the written test.

• Relaxation: No relaxation in upper age limit, qualifications, or physical standards will be granted.

• Original Document Verification: Verification will take place during the interview. Any fake/incorrect documents will lead to automatic disqualification.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for tests or interviews.

1. Download Application Form: Visit the official Sindh Police website (www.sindhpolice.gov.pk) to download the prescribed application form.

2. Attach Required Attested Documents:

   • CNIC, Domicile, and PRC (Form-D)

   • 4 Recent passport-size photographs

   • Academic documents/certificates

   • Death Certificate, Obituary & Heirship Certificate of Deceased / Shaheed employee

   • Invalidated Order (for Incapacitated Quota)

   • Declaration of Shaheed, FIR, Financial Compensation order (for Shaheed Quota)

   • Affidavit of Spouse/Widow & other legal heirs

3. Submission Address: Submit the completed form along with all attested documents via registered post or courier to the Central Police Office (CPO), I.I. Chundrigar Road, Lalazar, Karachi.
