The Inspectorate General Sindh Prisons & Corrections Service has officially announced exciting career opportunities for eligible candidates domiciled in Sindh Province. The hiring process is being conducted for the positions of Assistant Sub-Inspector Prison (BPS-11) and Lady Assistant Sub-Inspector Prison (BPS-11). Managed by Pakistan Testing Service (PTS), candidates meeting the required educational qualifications and physical standards are encouraged to apply online before the deadline.

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: Only candidates holding a valid domicile of Sindh Province are eligible to apply.

• Education: Graduation with atleast 2nd division from HEC recognized university.

• Document Verification: Verification of original educational certificates and documents will be conducted during the interview stage. Any incorrect or false declaration will result in immediate disqualification.

• Government Employees: Candidates already in government service must apply through the proper channel.

• Selection Process:

  • Only candidates who qualify for the physical test will be called for the PTS written test.

  • Test dates, times, and venues will be communicated separately via SMS and official call letters posted on the PTS website.

  • Final selection is subject to a medical fitness certificate from an authorized government hospital.

• Age Relaxation: No relaxation in the upper age limit is allowed beyond the prescribed criteria (21–28 years).

• Quota & Posting: Minority Quota will be strictly observed as per the policy of the Government of Sindh. Selected candidates must undergo training and can be posted anywhere in Sindh.

• Disqualification: Candidates will be disqualified in cases involving criminal records, fake documents, or physical disability.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the test or interview.

• Rights Reserved: Sindh Prisons & Corrections Service reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts at any time.

How to Apply

1. Online Application: Visit the official Pakistan Testing Service portal at www.pts.org.pk and complete the online application form.

2. Deposit Fee Payment: Pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1600/- at any HBL (Habib Bank Limited) branch nationwide using the prescribed deposit slip downloaded from the PTS website.

3. Upload Deposit Slip: Upload a clear, scanned image/photo of the original paid HBL deposit slip (showing electronic signature/receipt or bank stamp) directly onto the PTS online application portal.

4. No Documents by Courier: Do NOT send hard copies of documents or application forms by courier or post at this stage. Applications will only be processed after online verification of the valid PTS fee deposit slip.
