The Government of Sindh, through the Project Management & Implementation Unit (PMIU) under the Sindh Social Protection Authority (SSPA) and Social Protection Department, has announced new recruitment opportunities. Funding for these consultancy positions is provided by the International Development Association (IDA / World Bank) under the credit project for Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System in Sindh.

Qualified and dynamic professionals seeking government consultancy roles in Karachi, Sindh can submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for individual expert positions. These temporary assignments are offered on a purely contractual basis to support social protection delivery frameworks across the province.

Terms & Conditions

• Procurement Method: Candidates will be selected using the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants method outlined in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020).

• Conflict of Interest: Bidders must adhere strictly to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank's Procurement Regulations regarding conflict of interest policy.

• Contractual Status: All appointments will be strictly contract-based under project terms.

• Terms of Reference (TORs): Detailed TORs outlining specific qualification criteria, experience requirements, and duties for each consultancy post are accessible at the official SSPA procurement web portal (www.sspa.gos.pk/procurement).

How to Apply
