The Project Management & Implementation Unit (PMIU) under the "Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System in Sindh" project, Sindh Social Protection Authority, Social Welfare Department, Government of Sindh, has published a Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI). Supported by credit financing from the International Development Association (IDA / World Bank), the department is inviting qualified and highly experienced professionals to serve as Individual Consultants purely on a contractual basis.

These roles focus on bolstering IT infrastructure, cyber security, mobile application development, and financial management for large-scale beneficiary programs across Sindh.

Terms & Conditions

• Engagement Basis: All positions are individual consulting services procured purely on a contractual basis.

• Selection Method: Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants method set out in the "World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" (November 2020).

• Conflict of Interest: Attention is drawn to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank Procurement Regulations setting forth policies regarding conflict of interest.

• Document Verification: Applicants must attach attested copies of CNIC, educational degrees/certificates, transcripts, and experience certificates from previous organizations.
