Backend Engineer	BS in CS/IT. Expertise in .NET Core, Java, Python, Microservices, and API Interoperability.	3–6 Years
Mobile App Developer	BS in CS/IT. Focused on Flutter or React Native, Cross-platform UI, and Performance Security.	2–5 Years
DevOps / NOC Engineer	BS in IT/Engineering. CI/CD, Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Linux, and Monitoring tools (Grafana).	3–7 Years
