The Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Improving Workforce Readiness in Punjab Project (IWRPP) under the Skills Development & Entrepreneurship Department, Government of the Punjab—an Asian Development Bank (ADB) funded project—invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and experienced professionals having Punjab Domicile. Appointments for these project-based roles will be made purely on a contract basis across various management, technical, administrative, and support disciplines.

Terms & Conditions

• Contract Basis: Appointments will be made purely on a temporary contract basis.

• ADB Guidelines: Asian Development Bank (ADB) policies regarding anti-corruption and ethics shall be strictly applicable.

• Domicile Requirement: Candidates must possess a valid Punjab Domicile.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently serving in government departments must apply through proper channels under the rules.

• Shortlisting & Selection: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the qualification and experience requirements will be called for tests and interviews.

• Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained, and no intimation will be given.

• TA/DA Allowance: No TA/DA is admissible for candidates appearing for test/interview.

• Rights Reserved: The Project Director, PIU (IWRPP) reserves the right to cancel the advertisement or recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

2. After submitting the online application, print out the confirmation/application form.

3. Prepare a hard-copy application dossier containing:
