The Government of the Punjab, Special Education Department, has announced several vacancies for School Teaching Interns (STIs) in various Special Education Institutions across District Bahawalpur. This initiative aims to support the educational needs of students with special needs while providing a valuable platform for educators to gain specialized experience.

These positions are school-specific and offered on a purely temporary basis for a duration of 09 months (during the Financial Year 2025-26 & 2026-27).

Important Details & Application Procedure

• Monthly Honorarium: * BS-17: Rs. 45,000/-

  • BS-16: Rs. 40,000/-

• Age Limit: 21 to 28 years (No age relaxation is granted under the STI policy).

• Application Submission: Interested candidates must submit their applications along with attested copies of their CV, CNIC, Domicile, Academic Certificates, and two passport-size photographs directly to the relevant Special Education Institution by hand or courier.

• Deadline for Application: April 30, 2026, by 03:00 PM.

• Interview Date: Interviews for eligible/shortlisted candidates will be held on May 7, 2026 (noted as 07-04-2026 in the ad, likely a clerical error for the following month given the April 30th deadline) at 09:30 AM at the Government Secondary School for the Blind, Bahawalpur.
