General Eligibility Criteria

• Eligible Gender: Men, Women, and Transgender candidates.

• Age Limit: Base age limit is 21 to 28 years. Upper age relaxation is allowed as follows:

  • Male Candidates: 05 years relaxation

  • Female Candidates: 08 years relaxation

  • Persons with Disabilities (PWDs): 15 years relaxation (on provision of a valid Disability Certificate)

• Academic Qualifications:

  • BS-17 (Senior Special Education Teachers): M.A or BS ($1^{\text{st}}$ division or grade-B) / M.Ed in Special Education with relevant specialization from an HEC-recognized university.

  • BS-16 (Junior Special Education Teachers): M.A or BS ($2^{\text{nd}}$ division or grade-C) in Special Education with relevant specialization from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Note for VI Specialization: Certificate of proficiency in Braille issued by the Directorate General of Special Education Punjab is required.

• Teaching Experience: Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply, though preference may be given to candidates with prior teaching experience.
