The Government of the Punjab, Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department (SHC&MED) invites applications from highly qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals. These contractual vacancies are announced on a lump-sum pay basis for an initial tenure of three years (further extendable for one term) to strengthen governance, procurement, and monitoring across major public sector teaching hospitals in Punjab.

Eligible candidates possessing relevant Master’s or Bachelor's degrees in management, health administration, finance, supply chain, or related fields from HEC-recognized institutions are encouraged to apply. Appointments will offer market-competitive salary packages and opportunities to serve across 17 prestigious teaching hospitals in Punjab, including facilities in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, and other major districts.

Terms & Conditions

• Appointment Nature: Recruitment will be purely on a lump-sum contract basis for 3 years, extendable for one additional term.

• Private Practice: Candidates with a medical degree appointed as Hospital Monitoring Officers/Governance Executives shall not be entitled to private practice during their appointment tenure.

• Government Employees: Serving government employees must submit their applications through the proper channel.

• Degree Verification: Final selection is subject to verification of educational credentials and experience certificates at the candidate's own expense.

• General: Incomplete applications or those missing the non-refundable bank draft will not be entertained. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, and no TA/DA will be paid. The Department reserves the right to adjust position numbers or cancel recruitment at any stage.

How to Apply

1. Download the prescribed application proforma from the official website https://health.punjab.gov.pk/.

2. Prepare a non-refundable bank draft of Rs. 2000/- in favor of PLS 6510192291600016 (IBAN: PK47BPUN6510192291600016), Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department.

3. Compile a hard-copy application dossier containing:

   • Duly filled application proforma

   • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)

   • Attested copies of educational degrees, diplomas, certificates, and transcripts

   • Attested copy of valid CNIC and Punjab Domicile Certificate

   • Attested copies of all experience certificates issued by competent authorities

   • Three (03) recent passport-size colored photographs

   • Registration certificate with relevant council/regulatory body (if applicable) and NOC (for in-service candidates)

4. Indicate your order of preference for teaching hospital postings in the application form.

5. Submit the complete application dossier by hand or post to:
