The Government of the Punjab, Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, has invited applications from highly qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for appointment on a lump-sum contract basis for a period of three years (further extendable for one term). These positions are aimed at strengthening governance, procurement, and monitoring across public sector teaching hospitals in Punjab.

List of Vacancies with Details

• Hospital Monitoring Officer / Hospital Governance Executive: 17 posts.

  • Qualification: Master's Degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, or Public Administration from an HEC-recognized University/Institution. Candidates possessing a Medical Degree may also apply given they have an additional management qualification as stated (such candidates are not entitled to private practice during tenure).

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership position with proven experience supervising and managing an organization with at least 5,000 employees.

  • Age Limit: 45-65 years.

• Procurement Specialist / Officer: 17 posts.

  • Qualification: Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Finance, ACCA, or CA from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Age Limit: 40-55 years.

• Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant: 17 posts.

  • Qualification: Graduation in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Public Health, Statistics, Health Management, or Information Technology from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Age Limit: 25-40 years.

Terms & Conditions

• Appointments will be made on a lump-sum contract basis with a competitive market salary package.

• Final appointment will be subject to the verification of educational degrees and experience certificates.

• Government employees must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

• The department reserves the right to increase or decrease posts or cancel the recruitment at any stage.
