The Directorate of Youth Affairs, under the Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Government of Sindh, has announced new job vacancies for eligible candidates holding a Sindh domicile. Applications are invited for the position of Junior Clerk (BPS-11).

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Junior Clerk position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: At least a Second Division Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.

• Technical Skills:

  • A six-month certificate in English Shorthand and Typing from an SBTE-recognized institute.

  • A certificate in MS Office from an SBTE-recognized institute.

• Typing Speed: Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English Shorthand and 35 words per minute in English Typing.

• Testing: Candidates must have passed the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) general screening test for the Graduation Category with at least 40% marks and possess a valid certificate.

Important Instructions

• Age Relaxation: General age relaxation will be applicable as per the Government of Sindh policy.

• Government Employees: Candidates already in government service must apply through the proper channel and provide an NOC at the time of the interview.

• Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates appearing on the Sindh Job Portal will be called for an interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.

• No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for the test or interview.
