The Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC), Hyderabad has officially announced Advertisement No. 04/2026 for the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE-2026). Eligible male, female, minority, and differently-abled candidates holding a domicile of Sindh Province are invited to submit online applications to join provincial administrative and civil services.

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: Open to male, female, minority, and differently-abled citizens of Pakistan domiciled in Sindh.

• Education: Candidates must possess at least a 2nd Division Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Foreign degree holders must submit an HEC Equivalence Certificate.

• Age Limit: Candidates aged 21 to 30 years as of September 01, 2026 are eligible. The upper age limit is relaxed up to 35 years for Sindh-domiciled continuous regular government servants with at least 4 years of service.

• Attempts Limit: A maximum condition of three attempts applies effective from CCE-2019.

• Examination Centres: Tests will be conducted in Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, and Larkano.

• Screening Test Threshold: The qualifying score for the CCE screening test is 40 percent (80 marks).

How to Apply

1. Visit the official SPSC online portal at www.spsc.gov.pk.

2. Generate a PSID to pay the examination fee of Rs. 1000/- via 1Bill Invoice/Service through online payment channels.

3. Fill out the online application form accurately, specifying optional subjects, examination centre, and personal credentials.

4. Submit the completed application form online prior to the closing deadline. Manual or paper applications will not be entertained.
