Eligibility and Requirements

• Data Processing Assistant (BPS-12):

  • Vacancies: 03 (Open Merit)

  • Criteria: At least a Second Division Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university and a Diploma in Computer Science from a registered technical education board.

  • Age: 21 – 28 years.

• Junior Clerk (BPS-11):

  • Vacancies: 08 (Including Minority & Women quotas)

  • Criteria: Higher Secondary Certificate (Intermediate) from a recognized board with a minimum English typing speed of 30 words per minute.

  • Age: 18 – 28 years.

• Data Entry Operator (BPS-10):

  • Vacancies: 07 (Open Merit)

  • Criteria: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board and a Diploma in Computer Programming from a recognized technical education institute.

  • Age: 18 – 28 years.

• Telephone Operator (BPS-07):

  • Vacancies: 02 (Open Merit)

  • Criteria: Intermediate with at least Grade "C" and minimum 2 years of experience operating a PBAX system.

  • Age: 18 – 28 years.

Important Application Instructions

1. STS Screening: Candidates must have passed the General Screening Test (Graduation or Intermediate Category) conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks.

2. Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be provided as per the Sindh Civil Servants Rules 2024 and relevant government notifications.

3. Government Servants: Applicants currently in government service must apply through the proper channel and provide an NOC at the time of the interview.

4. Selection: Original documents will be verified by the Departmental Selection Committee. No TA/DA is provided for the interview.
