Role	Education/Experience	Key Responsibilities
Assistant General Manager (HR & A)	MBA/MPA (HRM preferred) + 5 years post-qualification experience.	HRIS updates, full employee lifecycle, policy design, and organizational restructuring.
Manager (Org Development)	MBA/MPA (HRM preferred) + 3-4 years post-qualification experience.	HR roadmap implementation, workforce rationalization, and performance management.
Manager (Recruitment)	MBA/MPA (HRM preferred) + 3-4 years post-qualification experience.	Employer branding, talent sourcing, executive search, and internship programs.
Manager (ER & Legal)	MBA/MPA (HRM/LLB preferred) + 3-4 years post-qualification experience.	Disciplinary proceedings, grievance management, and labor law compliance.
Manager (HR Finance)	MBA/MPA (HRM/Accounts preferred) + 3-4 years post-qualification experience.	Payroll, pensions, gratuity, and compensation/benefits modeling.
Assistant Manager (HR & A)	BBA/BS/B.Com (HR/Finance/Law preferred) with 2.5 CGPA.	Board matter liaison, regulatory communication, and internal HR compliance.

 General Criteria

• Location: All positions are Karachi-based and non-transferable.

• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (as of January 25, 2026). Age relaxation may be possible per SLIC rules.
