State Life Jobs 2026: Career Opportunities for Deputy General Managers (Finance & Accounts)

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, in collaboration with PrimeHR, is seeking high-caliber financial professionals for its management cadre. These roles are designed for result-oriented individuals ready to lead the Finance Division of a prestigious national institution in a high-impact environment.

 

Available Positions & Vacancies

There are currently three (03) Merit Quota positions available in the F&A Division:

• DGM – Regional Accounting and Finance Responsibilities

• DGM – Payment Disbursement Officer

• DGM – Financial Analyst

 

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet one of the following educational and experience benchmarks:

• FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant): Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience (Insurance sector preferred).

• ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant): Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience (Insurance sector preferred).

• Master’s Degree: (Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related field) from an HEC-recognized university with at least 15 years of relevant experience.

Additional Requirements

• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (Age relaxation may apply per SLIC Rules).

• Gender: Open to all; Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
