Terms & Conditions

Before starting the application process, please review the university's standard eligibility and administrative terms:

• Age Limit: The maximum age limit for general applicants is 45 years. However, age limits are relaxable for candidates currently serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies, provided they apply through the proper channel and possess the required physical fitness.

• Government Employees: Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel by providing a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.

• Application Fees:

  • For positions in BPS-17 & BPS-18: Rs. 3,000 (Non-refundable)

  • For positions in BPS-19 & above: Rs. 4,000 (Non-refundable)

• Late/Incomplete Applications: Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered. All essential credentials, including degrees, certificates, NOCs, and referee details, must be uploaded within the deadline.

• Information Integrity: Providing fictitious, exaggerated, or misleading information will result in immediate rejection of the application and termination of employment at any stage.

• Test/Interview Protocol: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the criteria will be contacted via their mailing address for a Demo, Written Test, or Interview. No TA/DA is admissible for this process.

• Authority Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions, accept or reject any application without assigning a reason, or cancel the entire recruitment process.

5. Dossier Requirement (For Professors and Associate Professors): Candidates applying for the posts of Professor and Associate Professor must additionally send 04 hard copies of their dossiers (including a list of research publications and copies of all research papers) along with their printed application form to the HRM Section.
