Terms & Conditions

• Document Attestation & Upload: Candidates are required to upload HEC attested degrees/equivalence certificates, CNIC, domicile, PRC, relevant experience certificates, a recent photograph, and the deposited challan while applying online.

• Hard Copy Submissions (For Professor & Associate Professor): Candidates applying for the positions of Professor and Associate Professor must additionally send 04 hard copies of their dossiers. This must include a list of research publications and copies of all research papers sent directly to the HRM Section, Sukkur IBA University (Main Campus).

• Government Servants: Applicants currently working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.

• Age Limit: The maximum age limit for applicants is 45 years. This is relaxable for candidates already serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies, provided they apply through the proper channel and meet physical fitness requirements.

• Application Veracity: Providing fictitious, exaggerated, or misleading information will result in the immediate rejection of the application and termination of employment at any stage.

• Selection & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates who meet the selection criteria will be contacted for a Demo, Written Test, or Interview. No TA/DA will be provided for this purpose.

• Authority Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions, accept or reject any application without assigning a reason, or cancel the entire recruitment process.

3. Application Fee Details: Candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee via a system-generated challan downloadable after submitting the online application. The challan can be deposited in any branch of Allied Bank Limited (ABL).

   • For BPS-17 & 18: Rs. 3,000

   • For BPS-19 & above: Rs. 4,000
