Terms & Conditions
Before applying, candidates must ensure they meet the baseline administrative and legal criteria set by the project:

Appointment Type: Appointments will be made purely on a contract and Project Pay Scale (PPS) basis.

Academic Criteria: Candidates must possess at least a Second Division degree throughout their entire educational career.

Domicile Requirement: The individual must have a valid Domicile/PRC of Sindh Province.

Age Limit: The applicant must not be above 60 years of age on the closing date of the application.

Contract Duration: The initial contract will be for a period of three years, which is extendable based on annual performance evaluations.

Shortlisting & Allowances: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the selection process.

Salary & Benefits: A monthly salary package will be offered in accordance with the Government Standard Project Pay Scale, along with other fringe benefits entitled as per government policy.

Government/Project Employees: Candidates currently working in Government Departments or as Project employees must route their CVs and applications through the proper channel along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
