General Eligibility and Requirements

To ensure the highest standards of quality and operational excellence, candidates for these roles should generally meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics.

• Professional Experience: Relevant industry experience ranging from 2 to 5+ years, depending on the seniority of the role.

• Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of furniture manufacturing, including woodwork, upholstery, polish, and modular furniture standards.

• Operational Skills: Proficiency in production planning, workflow management, quality control inspection, and transportation/logistics.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Communication & Tech: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in computer applications.
