• ETEA Screening: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to take the ETEA screening test based on submitted details; credentials will undergo detailed scrutiny by the Appointing Authority at later stages.

• Biometric Verification: Before depositing test fees, applicants must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's portal and verify their CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk.

• Fee Payment: The screening test fee must be paid via Easypaisa app, Easypaisa agents, or UBL branches using the generated deposit slip (non-refundable).

• Roll Number Slips: Roll No. Slips will be generated online at www.etea.edu.pk and communicated via SMS (ported/converted mobile numbers will not receive SMS notifications).

• No Call Letters by Post: No physical call letters will be issued via post or courier.

• University Processing Fee: Candidates qualifying the ETEA test must pay a university processing fee of Rs. 1,000/- deposited in Account No. PK41KHYB5203003004012339 (Bank of Khyber, Allah Chowk, Saidu Sharif Swat or any BOK branch) under the Treasurer, University of Agriculture Swat.

• Equivalency & Foreign Degrees: Foreign degree holders must submit an HEC/IBCC Equivalency Certificate before the closing date. Degrees in languages other than English must include an official verified English translation.

• Grading Standards: In the semester system, a CGPA of 3.00/4.00 is considered equivalent to First Division.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for attending tests, demonstrations, or interviews.

How to Apply

1. Create ETEA Profile: Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk and create an online candidate profile.

2. Biometric Verification: Print the generated E-Sahulat token and get your CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise.

3. Pay ETEA Test Fee: Deposit the prescribed test fee through the Easypaisa app/agent or any UBL branch using the generated online deposit slip, and retain the original stamped candidate copy.

4. Submit ETEA Form: Submit the online screening test application form on the ETEA website.

5. Post-ETEA Application: Qualified candidates must submit an online application on the University website www.uoas.edu.pk within 15 days of test result intimation.

6. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of academic transcripts, degrees, experience certificates, CNIC, research publications, and a recent passport-size photo during the university web application process.
