Terms & Conditions

• Domicile: Applications are open exclusively to Punjab-domiciled Pakistani citizens.

• Appointment Mode: Positions are offered on a Regular or Contract basis. Candidates appointed on a regular basis will fall under the contributory pension scheme as per Government of the Punjab Rules. The selection committee reserves the right to decide hiring on a regular or contract basis.

• Processing Fee:

  • BS-01 to BS-07: Rs. 2000/-

  • BS-11 to BS-16: Rs. 3000/-

• Screening Test: Where required, screening tests will be conducted through an Independent Testing Service.

• Government Employees: Applicants already employed in Government/Semi-Government departments or Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channels by the due date. Advance copies of applications will not be entertained. Age relaxation for serving government employees is admissible as per Government policy.

• Quotas & Applications: Quotas for disabled persons, minorities, and women will be observed as per rules. Candidates must submit separate applications for open and reserved quotas, as well as when applying for more than one post.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in tests/interviews.

• Rejection & Authority Rights: Incomplete and late submissions will not be entertained. The university reserves the right to increase, decrease, cancel, or withhold any post(s) or the whole advertisement without assigning any reason, which will not be challengeable in court.

2. Fee Payment: Deposit the required processing fee and generate the online fee voucher.

3. Hard Copy Submission: Send one complete set of the printed application form along with:

   • Attested copies of academic certificates

   • Experience certificates

   • CNIC copy

   • Recent photograph

   • Computer-generated original paid fee voucher

4. Mailing Address: Submit the complete dossier by post or courier to:
