Terms & Conditions

• Processing Fee: Associate Professor = Rs. 7000/-, Assistant Professor = Rs. 5000/-, and Lecturer = Rs. 4000/-.

• Foreign Degrees: Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC along with the application.

• Valid Registrations: Candidates applying for Veterinary disciplines must submit a copy of a valid registration certificate with PVMC.

• Government Employees: Applicants currently employed in Government/Semi-Government departments or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and submit an NOC. Advance copies will not be entertained.

• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation for serving Government Employees shall be admissible as per government policy.

• Quota Rules: All applicable quotas for the posts shall be strictly observed in accordance with government rules and policies.

• Shortlisting & Screening: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. If 10 or more applications are received for a post, a screening test may be conducted solely for shortlisting purposes.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews.

• Incomplete Applications: Unsigned, incomplete, or late applications will not be entertained.

• Authority Rights: The Selection Board reserves the right to increase/decrease or cancel/withhold any post without assigning any reason.

How to Apply

1. Online Application

• Candidates are required to apply online through the university website: www.ul edu.pk

• Upload a passport-size photograph with a blue background and provide a valid email address and WhatsApp number on the online portal.

2. Hard Copy Submission

• After completing the online application, candidates must submit hard copies of application dossiers to the university:

  • Five (5) sets of Application Forms for Associate Professor.

  • One (1) set of Application Form for Assistant Professor and Lecturer.

• Attach attested copies of transcripts, degrees, certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, photographs, and the computer-generated original paid fee voucher.

• For the post of Associate Professor, submitting application dossiers in soft form is also mandatory.
