• Registrar (BS-20) – 3 Years' Contract (Female Only) (01 Post)

Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Eligibility: Candidates applying against non-teaching posts must be domiciled in the province of Punjab.

• Third Division Exclusion: Applicants having a third division in their academic career are generally not eligible (unless specified under relaxed HEC criteria for Ph.D. holders).

• Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one position must submit separate application forms along with separate processing fees.

• Application Fee: The non-refundable processing fee is Rs. 3000/- (for BS-20), Rs. 1500/- (for BS-17), and Rs. 500/- (for BS-01 to BS-16). Fees must be deposited using system-generated challan forms. Bank drafts, pay orders, or cheques will not be accepted.

• In-Service Candidates: Applicants serving in Government/Semi-Government departments or Autonomous Bodies must provide a Departmental Permission Certificate / NOC issued by the competent authority with the hard copy of their application.

• Dismissed Employees: Individuals dismissed or terminated from service contrary to service rules in university or government departments are not eligible to apply.

• Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview/test. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in tests/interviews.

• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be admissible as per the policy of the Government of the Punjab.

• Service Rules: All appointments shall be governed under The Women University Multan Employees (Appointment, Terms and Conditions of Service) Statutes 2021.

How to Apply

1. Online Application: Visit the official portal at www.wum.edu.pk to complete and submit the online application form. Applications submitted through methods other than online will not be accepted.

2. Challan Payment: Download and print the system-generated fee challan from the portal and deposit the requisite fee.

3. Hard Copy Submission: Send the printed online application form, original fee receipt, and attested copies of all required documents (educational certificates, experience letters, CNIC, domicile, photos, and NOC if applicable) to:

   • Office of the Registrar, The Women University (Katchery Campus), LMQ Road, Multan.
