Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Professional Certification: CA / CMA / ACCA (must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants) with at least 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial position.

• Alternative Qualification: MBA Finance with an overall experience of 10 years, including 5 years in a managerial position.

• Preference: Candidates with experience in projects jointly funded by the Government and multilateral partners (e.g., World Bank, Asian Development Bank) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting and Planning: Preparing annual budget estimates for GOS share and Foreign Partners in accordance with Government of Sindh rules.

• Funds Management: Preparing quarterly cash forecasts and tracking funds with the National Bank of Pakistan and the ADB.

• Expenditure Processing: Ensuring compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and Bank fiduciary guidelines while processing payments.

• Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Cash Basis IPSAS and SECP requirements.

• Audit: Arranging for timely initiation and completion of project audits in compliance with Government and Bank requirements.
