General Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:

  • Engineering / Technical Roles: At least 16 years degree in Civil, Mechanical, Transport, Planning, Industrial Engineering, or related fields from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Finance / Accounts / Audit Roles: At least graduate (16 years education) in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration (Finance), ACCA, CA Finalist, or Member of a Recognized Professional Accounting Body.

  • Security & Safety / Administrative Roles: At least 16 years of education in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university. NEBOSH certification required for Safety & Security roles (unless holding a Master's degree in Health & Safety).

• Experience Requirements:

  • Assistant Manager Posts: At least 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience.

  • Officer & Executive Posts: 02 to 03 years of post-qualification relevant experience.

• Age Limits (as on closing date):

  • Assistant Manager & Officer Posts: Up to 42 years.

  • Executive Posts: Up to 37 years.
