The Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC), established by the Ministry of Industries and Production, Government of Pakistan, is inviting applications from dynamic and qualified leadership professionals for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Based in Lahore, TUSDEC aims to upgrade technology and skills across key industrial clusters to connect Pakistan to the global value chain.

The appointed CEO will be responsible for overall profitability, efficient management, strategic planning, and corporate governance under the oversight of the Board of Directors and statutory guidelines.

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

• Location: Lahore, Pakistan

• Reporting Line: Board of Directors

• Job Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall profitability, financial management, and operational governance of the company.

  • Formulate and implement strategic business plans, HR policies, and optimal utilization of funds.

  • Direct business operations in compliance with the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Act, Companies Act 2017, Memorandum & Articles of Association, and SECP regulations.

• Minimum Qualification:

  • Graduate degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, Finance, Commerce, or Marketing from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Candidates with foreign qualifications must submit an HEC equivalence certificate.

• Experience Required:

  • Minimum 15 years of overall relevant experience, with at least 10 years in senior management roles.

  • Proven track record in implementing technology/skill development initiatives that improved industrial productivity and competitiveness.

• Age Limit: Maximum 62 years at the time of application submission.

• Pay Package & Tenure:

  • Competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience.

  • Contractual appointment for a period of three (03) years as per rules.

• Legal Declaration: The selected candidate will be required to submit a legal declaration on non-judicial stamp paper.
