Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Eligibility: Only candidates holding a Punjab domicile are eligible to apply.

• HEC & PEC Criteria: Eligibility criteria strictly follow HEC Faculty Criteria. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory for candidates applying for engineering disciplines.

• Teaching Fellow Requirements: Applicants must hold at least an 18-year Master’s/M.Phil degree in the relevant discipline with a CGPA of at least 3.0 out of 4.0 in the semester system or 73% marks in the annual system from a PEC/HEC recognized program. A minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or 73% marks) is also required for the Bachelor's degree.

• Horticulturist Requirements: Applicants must possess an M.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture / Plant Science / Soil Science from an HEC-recognized university and have practical experience working as a Horticulturist. Age limit is 21–45 years.

• Processing Fee: Candidates must attach a Postal Order of Rs. 2000/- in favor of Treasurer UET, Lahore, or a deposit slip of Rs. 2000/- deposited in HBL Account No. 01287902801499 along with the application printout.

• Application Processing: Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered. UET reserves the right to devise criteria to shortlist or recommend suitable candidates as deemed appropriate.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official UET application portal at jobs.uet.edu.pk/RegistrationForm.aspx and complete all fields of the online application form.

2. Upload a clear, scanned passport-size photograph.

3. Print out the completed application form and sign it.

4. Attach the original Postal Order or Bank Deposit Slip of Rs. 2000/- along with all other required documents and testimonials.

5. Submit the hard copy to the respective office based on the position applied for:

   • For Teaching Fellow Posts: Submit directly to the Chairperson/Director/Campus Coordinator of the concerned Department/Campus.

   • For Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Lecturer & Horticulturist Posts: Submit to the Registrar Office, UET Lahore.
