Terms & Conditions

• Faculty Criteria: The eligibility criteria for academic faculty posts will follow the standard Higher Education Commission (HEC) Faculty Appointment Criteria.

• PEC Registration: Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory for applicants applying under engineering disciplines.

• Application Processing Fee: Applicants for posts from Sr. # 1 to 6 must attach a postal order of Rs. 2000/- in favor of Treasurer UET, Lahore, or a deposit slip of Rs. 2000/- in HBL Account No. 01287902801499 along with the printed application.

• Incomplete Applications: Incomplete or late submission of application forms will not be entertained.

• University Rights: UET reserves the right to devise criteria deemed appropriate to shortlist and recommend suitable candidates as per university requirements.

• Photograph Upload: Upload a recent passport-size scanned photograph during the online process.

• Print & Sign Application: Download and print the generated online application form duly completed in all respects and sign it.

• Submission for Teaching Fellows (Sr. No. 03): Printed applications for Teaching Fellow positions must reach the Chairperson / In-charge / Campus Coordinator of the concerned Department/Campus.

• Submission for Other Posts (Sr. No. 1, 2, and 4 to 8): Printed application forms along with required documents and fee proof must reach the Registrar Office, UET Lahore.
