Eligibility Criteria

UET maintains strict academic standards in line with HEC guidelines:

• Assistant Professor: Eligibility as per HEC Faculty Criteria.

• Teaching Fellow: * At least 18 years of education (M.S. / M.Phil) in the relevant field.

  • Minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 (Semester System) or 73% marks (Annual System).

  • Bachelor’s degree must also meet the 3.0 CGPA / 73% threshold.

• Teaching Assistant: * Minimum 16 years Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline.

  • Minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 or 73% marks.

Note: Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory for all Engineering disciplines.

How to Apply: Step-by-Step Guide

1. Online Registration: Visit the UET Job Portal and fill out the online application form.

2. Upload Photo: Attach a scanned passport-size photograph.

3. Application Fee: Pay Rs. 2,000/- via:

   • Postal Order in favor of Treasurer UET, Lahore.

   • Bank Deposit in HBL Account No. 01287902801499.

4. Submission: * Print and sign the completed online form.

   • Teaching Fellow/Assistant: Send to the Chairperson/Director of the concerned department/campus.

   • Assistant Professor: Send to the Registrar Office, UET Lahore.
