The Directorate of Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI), Health Department, Government of Sindh, has announced job vacancies for contractual positions of Union Council Immunization Officers (UCIOs) (Male/Female) under the EPI-PEI Synergy. A total of 302 vacant seats are available across various districts of Karachi and Hyderabad divisions to enhance vaccination rates and eradicate Polio. Interested candidates possessing relevant health and science degrees with local domicile are invited to apply online before the closing deadline.

Consolidated Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: BS/B.Sc in Public Health, Health Education, Health Promotion, Nutrition & Dietetics, Nursing, Pharm-D, DPT, Molecular Biology/Molecular Medicine, Biotechnology/Biosciences, Microbiology, Psychology, or Food Science & Technology (Master in Public Health - MPH is preferred).

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in community health initiatives/EPI/immunization campaigns (Polio, TCV, MR, HPV) is preferred.

• Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as of 20 November 2026 (Plus 05 years age relaxation as per Government Rules).

• Domicile: Must hold a valid local domicile of the concerned Town/District in Sindh.

Terms & Conditions

• Contract Duration: Purely contract-based for 01 year, renewable subject to performance and program needs/availability of funds.

• Salary Package: Fixed salary of PKR 70,000/- plus 10,000/- mobility allowance per month.

• Job Nature: Full-time field position; primary responsibilities include Routine Immunization (RI) activities and Supplementary Immunization Activities (SIAs).

• Government Servants: Candidates currently employed in government service must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application.

• Re-application: Candidates who applied in Phase-I but were unsuccessful may apply again with a fresh application and fee payment.
