General Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualifications & Experience (Any one of the following):

  • Ph.D. in Law with at least 08 years of law teaching experience or practice experience in the High Court.

  • Master's Degree in Law with at least 15 years of law teaching experience or practice experience in the High Court.

  • A retired Judge of the Supreme Court or a High Court.

  • A retired District and Sessions Judge having 05 years of judicial service.

• Documentary Evidence: Experience certificates duly reflecting the experience mentioned in the CV must be attached with the application form.

• Government Servants: Applicants already in service must apply through proper channels along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by their parent department.
