Terms & Conditions

• Degree Verification: Final appointment will be subject to complete verification of educational degrees and experience certificates (all associated expenses will be borne by the candidate/employee).

• Age Relaxation: General across-the-board age relaxation of 5 years is applicable. Female candidates will be granted an 08-year age relaxation as per Government notification No. SORI (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21-05-2012.

• Domicile Eligibility: Candidates holding a valid Punjab domicile are eligible to apply.

• Foreign Degrees: Applicants holding degrees from foreign universities must attach an HEC equivalence certificate.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently working in government sector organizations must submit their applications through the proper channel with an NOC.

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. No TA/DA will be paid for attending tests or interviews.

• Incomplete Applications: Incomplete application forms or missing documents will lead to immediate rejection.

• Department Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the recruitment process for any position at any stage without giving prior notice.

2. Complete the application form and prepare a dossier containing attested photocopies of your educational certificates, degrees, experience certificates, CNIC, Punjab Domicile, and fresh passport-size colored photographs.

3. Pay the processing fee via Bank Draft / Pay Order in favor of University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore:

   • Rs. 5000/- for BPS-19 posts (Non-Refundable)

   • Rs. 2500/- for BPS-17 posts (Non-Refundable)

4. Submit the completed application dossier along with the bank draft/pay order to the Office of the Registrar, Admin Block, University of Child Health Sciences, Ferozepur Road, Lahore.
