University of Education, Lahore: Registrar Vacancy (BS-20)

The University of Education, Lahore (UE Lahore) is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the non-teaching position of Registrar (BS-20) on a three-year contract basis. This role is based at the University's Head Office.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can qualify through one of three pathways based on their academic background and professional experience:

• Path 1: A PhD in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university with eight years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience.

• Path 2: An MS or MPhil (second division) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university with ten years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience.

• Path 3: A Master’s Degree or BS (second division) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university with twelve years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience.

• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 40 and 50 years old.

• Domicile: Appointment will be made from candidates domiciled in the Punjab.

How to Apply

The application process involves both online and physical submissions:

1. Online Application: Apply via the university job portal at web.ue.edu.pk/jobs/.

2. Application Fee: Deposit a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 4,000/- at any branch of the Bank of Punjab using a system-generated fee challan.

3. Hardcopy Submission: Submit a signed printout of the online application form along with attested copies of your CNIC, domicile, all educational documents, experience certificates, and the original deposit receipt.

4. Submission Address: Send documents to the Registrar Office, University of Education, College Road Township Campus, Lahore.

5. Deadline: Both online and hardcopy applications must be submitted by 23.02.2026 within office hours.

• Experience Level: For positions BS-18 and above, only experience acquired in BS-17 or higher is considered.
