Available Faculty Positions

The university is hiring for the following roles across multiple departments such as Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, and Electrical Engineering:

• Assistant Professor (BS-19 on Contract)

• Lecturer (BS-18 on Contract)

• Teaching Fellow: Offered at a stipend of Rs. 75,000/- per month.

• Teaching Assistant: Offered at a stipend of Rs. 50,000/- per month.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Assistant Professor & Lecturer: Eligibility is determined based on HEC Faculty Criteria.

• Teaching Fellow: Requires at least an 18-year Master’s (or M.Phil) degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 or 73% marks. A minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 is also required for the Bachelor’s degree.

• Teaching Assistant: Requires at least a 16-year Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 or 73% marks.

• Professional Registration: Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory for engineering disciplines.

2. Submission: Print the completed application and sign it.

3. Application Fee: Attach a postal order or HBL deposit slip of Rs. 2000/- in favor of the Treasurer UET, Lahore.

   • Assistant Professors & Lecturers: Send to the Registrar Office, UET Lahore.

   • Teaching Fellows & Assistants: Send to the Chairperson/Director/In-Charge of the concerned Department or Campus.
